Who we are

ALMA Operations AI runs the Job Search Project Builder. You can reach us anytime at hello@almaoperations.ai.

What we collect

When you ask us to send you your project instructions, we store:

• Your first name and email address
• Your answers to the questions
• The project instructions generated from those answers
• Your consent choices and the exact wording you agreed to
• The date and time you submitted

We do not collect your LinkedIn PDF. It is read inside your browser and never uploaded or stored, and neither is its text. Until you submit the form, your answers stay in your own browser only.

Why we use it

• To send you your project instructions and the install steps.
• To send you ALMA's tips, workshops and updates, only if you ticked that box.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the boxes on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored with Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase). Emails are sent through Lovable's own email service. These providers process data only to run this service for us.

We never sell your data

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission for 24 months, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Just email hello@almaoperations.ai.

Marketing emails

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're out.

Children

This tool isn't intended for anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll also email people who opted in to updates.
